Hotel Arrangements
Please make hotel arrangements directly with The Drake", host hotel for the ECA Marketplace. Reservations can be made by calling 1-800-55-DRAKE, or submitting your request by email to reservation.drake@hilton.com. Please mention that you are attending the ECA Marketplace 2009, in order to receive the special group rate of $205. This special pricing will only be available until March 31st, 2009.

Check-In
Hotel check-in is 3 p.m., and checkout is 12 p.m. All guests arriving before 3p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. The Drake Guest Service Department can arrange to check luggage for those guests arriving early when rooms are not available and for guests attending functions on departure day.

The Express Carriers Association will be using many of the facilities at the Drake for the meeting, including the Gold Coast, French and Grand Ballrooms shown below. A full conference layout will be available to attendees at Registration.
